By accessing or using TreasureRoute ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
TreasureRoute is a community platform that allows users to discover, post, and share information about a variety of local sales and events, including bakery stands, bazaars, estate sales, farm stands, farmers' markets, flea markets, garage sales, and multi-family sales (collectively, "Sales"). The Service provides listing tools, map-based browsing, search filters, and optional promotional features. The Service facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction between users.
Browsing and searching for Sales does not require an account. Posting a listing and purchasing boosts requires creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You are solely responsible for the content of your listings, including the accuracy of addresses, dates, times, descriptions, photos, and contact information. Any contact information you add to a listing will be visible to buyers who view that listing. You represent and warrant that:

Listings that violate these rules may be removed without notice, and repeat violators may be permanently banned from the Service.
The Service does not facilitate, process, or guarantee any transaction between buyers and sellers.
TreasureRoute is a listing platform only. Any purchase, exchange, or agreement made between users is solely between those users. The Service does not verify the identity of users, the quality of items, or the accuracy of listings. Users transact at their own risk.
Each account receives one (1) free listing. Additional listings require a non-refundable listing fee of $4.99 per listing. An optional 4-hour boost is available for an additional $4.99, which pins your listing to the top of the search feed for the selected time window. Additional boosts may be purchased at any time, subject to non-overlapping scheduling constraints.
All fees are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a listing or boost, you authorize Stripe to charge the specified amount to your payment method. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
TreasureRoute provides free promotional tools to sellers with active listings, including print-ready sale sign PDFs and shareable digital flyers (collectively, "Seller Tools"). Seller Tools are provided as a convenience and without any warranty of any kind.
Sale sign PDFs and digital flyers are generated from your listing information and include a QR code that links to your listing on the Service. You are responsible for printing, placing, and distributing any sale signs in compliance with all applicable local sign ordinances and laws, and for obtaining permission before placing signs on property you do not own or control. You are responsible for how and where you share digital flyers, and for ensuring that any sharing complies with the rules of the platform or community where you post them. TreasureRoute is not liable for any misuse of Seller Tools or for any consequences arising from the placement or distribution of sale signs or digital flyers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TreasureRoute and its operators, administrators, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
You agree that you use the Service at your own risk and that the Service's operators are not responsible for the actions, content, or listings of other users.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TreasureRoute, its operators, administrators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your listings, your transactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms.
If you encounter a listing that you believe violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate, you may report it using the "Report this listing" feature. Our team will review reported listings and may remove content or take action against users who violate these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Information you provide, such as your email address and location, is used to provide and improve the Service. TreasureRoute will never sell any user's information or data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
